Why I've never been dated?

Hey everyone! I've never been in a long term relationship and I wonder why. I'm however friends with a lot of guys and they care for me too. But, I guess I'm always friend zoned. I'm not that beautiful and I'm kind of curvy, not the slim type and I wear glasses too. But I don't look that bad for a guy not to date me. What do you think could be the reason?

Maturity. As an 18 year old virgin who has had one very rocky relationship which ended in 2 months, I am in the situation and all I can say is maturity. Your perfect partner will be on the same mental level as you, and if you haven't found somebody who you believe can match your intelligence then that is likely to be why you haven't had a long term relationship.

Thus is the reason why now I'm being patient. I'm trying to broaden my horizons though, meet new people, make good friends with new girls I meet around the place, and see who might be a possibility and who probably isn't a good match. But ultimately, the key is patience, so just keep looking, keep your eyes open, and try to find somebody you can connect with on an emotional level as much (or more) as the physical infatuation.
