Puffy nipples ?

So, my chest is flat, but sometimes my nipples puff up and look big. Is that normal? Can it be prevented?

Yeah, that's a normal part of puberty for most guys.

U r going through the change during
puberty and ur nipples will be puffy
due to the release of hormones. After
awhile they will come down to normal.
I had the same thing happen to me
when I started puberty. Don't worry
bout it-it is normal.

Yeah, it is normal. I used to have puffy nipples but overtime they go away. Don't be worried.
