I get told me & my gf are too young to be sexually active then others say not. Mom says she was at 15. Doctor asked me if I am and didn't seem surprised, just said be careful.

What do you think is the norm?
Are you sexually active or not (I'll leave the definition to you)?
What's your age if it's not given?

What I know from guys around school a few
have been sexually active but then they will
brag bout anything-I'm 16 have not had sex
other than mutual masturbation with my girl
friend-I would say 15 is too young for full sex
but then for me it is not the norm but then
today 12 yr olds have sex.

What do you think is the norm? It doesn't really matter, sexually active or not.
Are you sexually active or not (I'll leave the definition to you)? Yes, I am sexually active with a monogamous partner.
What's your age if it's not given? 18.

I'm 18 and I'm not sexually active. my best friend began to have sex when she was 15. A couple of my friends who are my age are virgins like me, but most had sex at least a few times by the time they were 17.

As long as it's legal and you're both prepared to take responsibility for what might happen.
So if your going to be sexually active just be careful.

What do you think is the norm? I think the average age is 15, with plenty of people starting before and after the average age
Are you sexually active or not (I'll leave the definition to you)? Oh yes
What's your age if it's not given? 14

From what I hear a lot of teens start having sex around 15 in the Netherlands. (It is allowed from 16 years old though). I think that is a bit early because you can't see the consequences if you're not being careful enough and not taking it serious enough, and I think a lot of 15 year olds here don't think about it seriously from what I hear from my 15 year old sister. Sex ed is pretty alright in the Netherlands so I think a lot of teens know how to practice safe sex though. If I just look at myself, I wasn't ready to have sex at 15 (even though I thought I was). Even now I think sex is a bit scary to be honest, even though there is not much to worry about because I don't have any std's and neither does my girlfriend. For now we're just using the only way not to get prego and that is to not have sex at all yet.

I started at like 13 or 14, and still am.
As for the standard? Hell, there are 6th graders and younger talking about having sex and I don't get how.

If it's legal, don't worry, nobody really cares if you are too young if both have same age.
and I have 18, but I became sexually active at 15

I'm 19 now and active, but I started at 13 which is definitely younger than the 'norm' which I would say is around 16. That being said just because you start before or after the whatever is considered 'the norm' doesn't mean that you aren't normal or that there's anything wrong with you.

I'm not sure what the norm is either.

What do you think is the norm? average among my friends was like 13 for girls and 14-15 for boys. i was a bit ahead but its everyones own decision and age is just a number. what matters is when he/she feels ready.
Are you sexually active or not (I'll leave the definition to you)? oh yes im VERY active.
What's your age if it's not given? 16

I dont know what the norm is, but I would guess that its somewhere between 14 and 17, maybe earlier for some (like me).
I am 16 and sexually active and started kind of early
