While nobody can say for definite whether cut or uncut feels better as it likely changes person to person, the foreskin makes masturbation a lot more convenient as 1) It contains a plethora of specialized pleasure nerves, particularly in the rigid band, 2) the covered Glans is actually more sensitive as it hasn't dried out like external dermal tissue and 3) lubrication is not required as abrasive friction is prevented by the movement of the foreskin.

The time you take to ejaculate has nothing to do with pleasure. It's not scientifically prooven that cut guys has less pleasure than uncut and if we read posts here of recently cut teens, they say it's not true.

Do you mind my asking, what was the medical reason? Mine was voluntary, but when I was younger I did have a few minor issues with infection (which were cleared up after a doctor visit).
