Feel Isolated and Lonely

Hey Everyone, I'm a 15 Y M in Australia of Asian descent. I feel isolated in the world, with having dreams, but not knowing what to do. Having friends, but never having a best friend or a really close friend to talk things through. Feeling up and down at the same time. I just don't even know how I feel.
