Ok, this is going to be hard. In grade 6 I fingered someone and may or may not have touched myself, I cannot remember. I am in grade 9 now. I know that sounds bad but please just listen I need help. Sometime after, I don't remember when, I had these red dots appear on my foreskin. This lasted 1 day so I don't think it's important. But I'm saying it just to give all of my information. Now this girl was the same age as me and I'm 95% she never had interactions with other people especially because I was so young, but since then I have experienced a burning feeling in my penis while peeing. The burning feeling would be really bad sometimes, and other times not show up for weeks. I also had a random burning in my penis but that was years ago. It only happend under 10 times. Now the last symptom I have is having to pee a lot. But i do have weird drinking patterns so sometimes I won't drink all day and sometimes I drink a lot. Usually when I don't drink all day and I'm dehydrated I don't pee that much but when I do it burns. But if I am at a restaurant and drink a pop I could have tonpee up to 3 times. One time I drank a lot and had to pee 7 times. But it usally does not burn then. I will finish the rest in the next comment Also when I ejaculate I only sometimes will ejaculate a white residue when I'm really into it or watching porn. And it will be very little. Now i did a lot of research and I think it's either chylamida, UTI, or the fact that I eat a lot of acidic / spicy foods. Now because the girl had no interactions, and clahmida can lead to uti, her mother may have birthed her with it. Or I just got a uti. But I think it's most likely a UTI. Here the main problem though. If I tell my mom i might have a UTI (keep in mind I've had it for years) and it turns out to be chlaymida I would probably go into a suicidal state, so I'm to afraid to get tested. But at the same time I'm afraid I might become infertial because of chlyamida. The stress of this is become to a point where I can bearly take it. I need advice on what to do please.

Red dots sounds to me like thrush which is caused by soap or random stuff on the foreskin, which is easily treated and nothing to worry about as long as you do get treatment. And by the way chlamidia is also treatable so while it dosnt sound like chlamydia, its also easily treated.

As far as the stinging peeing feeling goes it is most likely a unirary tract infection which is also easily treated and most people get one at some point in their life, its important to not let it go untreated because the infection could spread to your kidneys and they would be baaaad.

BASICALLY go to your doctors. If your in the uk, aus, nz or canada you have your medical rights when you turn 16 so your doctor is sworn to privacy and will only tell your parents if you say its ok. If you in the us and under 18 then go to a family planning place cus theyre good for that.

U probably get urinary infections from time to time and
eating spicy foods during this time doesn't help the prob.
As for the experimenting and the red dots-that only lasted
a few days-I wouldn't b worried about an STD but next time
b careful of who u experiment with and protect urself. This is
bothering u and if u cant talk about it with ur Mom then talk
to someone at school as a teacher or coach or better yet the
school doctor to give u peace of mind.

It does sound like you have a UTI,

Now to be completely clear an infection can be both an STIs and a UTIs because these two labels describe two different aspects of an infection. STI describes the route of transmission, i.e. having sex. UITI describes where the pathogens hang out and cause the irritation - in the case of a UTI, the urinary tract. So Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection in which the urinary tract one site that can be infected.

I think you do need to consult a doctor or suitable medical profession. Here in the UK we have clinics to test for STIs and they'd be able to run suitable tests or you can see your doctor. Either way you need someone who can run tests, i.e. have a lab analyse a urine sample and/or prescribe antibiotics.

I don't know what the rules are where you live but you may be able to get away without the specific type of infection getting back to your parents. One of the advantages of the specialist clinics can be that they don't necessarily share the information - they'd rather people came forward got tested and, if necessary, treated to stop the spread of infection than be worried about having it record that got one of those "embarassing STIs".

Even if it did getting tested, for the benefit of your own health and to make sure you don't pass anything on, is the mature and sensible thing to do.

It is also worth bearing in mind that some UITs can work their way up. With an infection in the urethra it is uncomfortable to pee. If it gets up into your bladder it may be painfuil all the time and it gets up to the kidneys it can so some more serious damage. That's probably not so common but UTIs should be treated, not ignored.

I think seriously that it is a UTI. I wouldn't think at 12 years old that either of you had been sexually active. I don't think it is even possible for a mother to pass that on at birth. I think part of your problem is nerves too because you have continuously been worrying about this. Very true in what you eat can cause burning when peeing. I think you should see your doctor so you can clear your worried mind and quit having to be concerned anymore and you will know what's going on. Please see your doctor man.
