I amkind of confused if I am circumised or not. I have skin that goes over half way to the head of my penis when soft. When I get hard the skin goes below the head. I am too embarassed to ask my parents as I am the only child.

When ur cut as a baby its almost always tight and leaves a large scar. You likely just have a short foreskin and are uncut. When you get erect its supposed to go behind the head but lots of guys ones are long, so your fine.

It is possible to have a short foreskin or a partially cut foreskin. Sounds like you have that

I would say like others that you may have a short foreskin. It is also though possible that you are loose cut. But again if you want to know for sure you could ask your parents or your doctor. None of that should be embarrassing.

My guess it that you're uncut and that your foreskin is a little shorter. From what I know if you were cut you wouldn't have any skin going over your head anytime, even if you're not an adult yet.

I agree with Noah. It's just speculation on whether you are cut or uncut. Your parent would know the answer. Ask your dad, if you can, if you are too embarrassed to ask your mom. He should know.

Sometimes uncut penis looks like you said but i agree with guys: if you want to know for sure, the only way is to ask your parents

Good question but i bet your cut. I've seen cut guys with foreskin that droops over their penis head when soft and they either say they're cut or once they get a semi i can tell

But with uncut guys i've only ever seen where it's obvious, the whole head is covered or all but the pee hole

Kinda wish mine was in between like that. Your head isn't as exposed as a cut boy and it's easier to clean and pee with than uncut

i dunno my best friend is cut and exactly like he describes. I've also seen several others with at least some skin that goes over the head

In my experience uncut ranges from just the pee hole visible to the foreskin overhangs (like mine)

Being an adult has nothing to do with it. Lots of teens (and younger) have a noticeable gap between the base of the glans and where the skin starts.
