Has anyone ever experienced eczema on your penis? Especially at the base. If so how did you treat it?

Unless you have been prior diagnosed with the condition, its more likely to be somthing else such as shaving iritation or just dry skin from chafing or whatever. Because theres pubes there the hairs are abrasive so may cause some flaking or dry skin with to much wanking.

I am sure eczema can be anywhere on the body though that is unusual that your problem only is at the base of your penis. There are some over-the-counter medications you can try (assuming you live in the United States or Canada) such as the following: https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/gold-bond-medicated-eczema-relief-cream/ID=prod6274430-product.

If you have been diagnosed with eczema, then your best bet is to talk with your doctor to see what can be prescribed to you so that you can control your flareup. Especially if you have a regular doctor who has been handling this problem, then just leave him/her a voicemail so that he/she can call the pharmacy with a prescription for you. Otherwise, make an appointment if you are sure your issue is skin related. It probably would not hurt to be tested for STDs if you are sexually active and if this problem is only around your penis.

How do u know it is eczema? It could be other things that
r causing the problem u have. It could b u r allergic to soaps
the kind u wash with or what is used to wash ur clothes-sweating
friction of rubbing of tight clothes even a fungal infection. It is best
to check with ur doctor so if there is a problem he can determine what
it is and what is causing it. If it is eczema he may give u a steroid cream
to treat it.

I agree with those below. As you state "eczema on your penis"
I THINK eczema isn't something that is like isolative to one area. I could be wrong about that so don't take that as the word ok?
But seems to me if I'm right, it's something else. If you shave I agree, possible dry skin.
But hey, talk to a doc and make sure ok?
Kinda like what Forrest Gump said
"Never know what your guna get"

If it is something that stays on it and doesn't go away for a while you need to go to a doctor, maybe a dermatologist for treatment. It is best not to wait, it could worsen.
