I don't see anything wrong with it, but damn they're a bit too expensive to wear as underwear. My swim trunks/compression shorts are all chlorine anyway so I would get itchy.

i actually wear my jock a lot instead of underwear, give a lot more access and makes my junk bulge out more so i get good support and hides any boners i get

It is fine as long as the fabric doesn't rub you raw. Try some nicer boxer briefs if you like those, the fabric in them are especially comfortable. Anyone can message me if you need recommendations on types or brands to get for comfort. I've had a lot of them.
