I have a normal size dick but my sack is huge in comparison and it doesn't hang much and most every guy I see has hangers. Anyone else have this issue?

I think your scrotum size depends on how sensitive you are to temperature changes because it's supposed to change depending on what the room temperature is to keep the sperm alive. The size will vary a lot again because of the temperature and there really isn't an accurate measurement for size so I don't think you have anything to worry about, unless it seems swollen and/or hurts.

You are very normal. Mine don't hang down very often either. Maybe after a hot bath or after being in a hot tub they may sag down some.
