Can a penis get bigger overnight?

Because I woke up like this and I swear it's gotten substantially bigger but idk if that's possible?

EDIT just to clarify I woke up erect and when erect it seems noticeably bigger than yesterday idk it's possible I just haven't noticed it's grown before but it really feels like it grew overnight haha

I doubt that you would have any significant noticeable growth overnight. I think that it was just a little less flaccid than normal.

I don't think there could be any noticeable growth overnight. What most likely happens is that you're either right at the beginning of an erection or right at the very end before your penis returns to its normal size. If you're talking about your erect size being bigger though I can't find any explanation for that.

Canadian Dream makes a point here, but I would add that our erections change in size according to our level of arousal and excitement, so that could be one reason why it appeared larger than usual.

Technically yes when your body is growing it will of course grow overnight however I highlyyyy doubt it is noticeable.
