I found that with me the length came first, then it took a couple year to completely look like you say like an adult penis. I think it's more something that comes towards the end of puberty rather than the beginning like length growth.

Disclaimer: I haven't seen too many adult penises so I don't have much to compare with... but as far as the few locker room exposures I've had, I think that proportionally my penis has pretty much reached adulthood... I'm definitely smaller, but I do know that I am smaller than most peers in my own age-range (flaccid size, at least... haven't seen any erect penises to compare)... but I suspect my penis is done growing...

So I guess that other than being small, yeah- my penis seems pretty adult-like :)

I saw someone else say something about adults having wrinkles on their penis, but I don't know about that. Hahaha. I mean, I have only seen on my dad, uncle, and a cousin, and I have seen lots of porn, and I guess I would never describe any of those as wrinkled. This is a weird question since I have never thought of it that way. It's definitely bigger than the majority of adults but since it's attatched to my body (especially my face since I look young) I don't think of it that way lol. I think thicker is the biggest difference imo. IDk exactly what the OP meant. Somebody else mentioned adults get "wrinkles" ... idk wtf that meant lol. Maybe they get more veins too but that too is just a guess, Imo a teens dick just gets longer in puberty and also thicker which happens a bit after length
