The normal adult male average penis is between 5-7". This is the only normal size guide I have ever heard of.

Sizes vary at all ages i think normal is what you have usually the average is well known so if you fall n that range you are "normal" but if you don't that doesn't mean you are not normal just be happy with what you have

I wouldn't worry too much, for me I know that when I'm unwell my flaccid seems to shrink. It's dependant on a lot of factors. I'm sure you've got nothing to worry about

Like Jamie said, there isn't a true average especially during puberty since guys all grow at different rates. That being said if you're done growing in length or coming close there are some guidelines for the average penis size for adults. From what I've heard it's around 5" erect.

Alex 2000 Flaccid length doesn't really matter some may be the same size flaccid and erect (Show-ers). Some are shorter flaccid, but longer erect (Grow-ers).
