I agree with Kyle. Your're just above average. I'm 14 and just 4.5". But that really doesn't bother me any. Mine can do the same things that a 6" to 7" penis can do.

Because you're only 13 it's hard to tell right away if it's a "normal" size. Most boys during puberty have a penis that varies in size and will only become similar towards 18 or 19 years old. 5" is a good size to start with though, especially since you'll probably grow bigger than that in the next few years.
