Hi, I don't know for sure and am sorry you get them. A lot of blood rushes to your penis during sex or masturbation to make you hard. That might be part of the reason but probably not all of it. I you have ask a nurse service in your area you might try that or talk to your doctor about it.

From someone that doesn't have the same equipment as the OP, I tend to agree with you on this one. Especially if he is laying down, as his orgasm builds, the muscles tighten and he could bring his head up off the pillow, or wherever straining the neck muscles and giving himself a headache. But if this continues, talk to your doctor about it just to be on the safe side.

It may be that your heart rate and blood pressure goes up a lot when you masturbate. It about the same using a treadmill or jogging when exercising. Blood rushes to your head and that might be the reason you feel a headache coming on. This is just my guess.

maybe your blood pressure fluctuates when you're j/o... it can give you headache, but i think it is caused straining the neck muscles

I get a headache sometimes when I masturbate too. It can be extremely painful and I want to continue but I have to slow down.
