People on here always want to know how to increase their testosterone levels. However, excess testosterone converts to estrogen and estrogen is what closes growth plates. So could having too much testosterone as a young teen stunt your growth?

Too much of anything during puberty would
probably cause probs. Why would teens want
to increase their testosterone level? Nature
should take its course and y jeopardize ur
health?

Because people think testosterone gives you muscles.

Testosterone levels during puberty causes us
to gain muscle mass along with the increase
of our equipment. A lot of teens along with
older guys use supplements or even steroids
to build bigger muscles when in fact they may
be causing other probs with their bodies. Other
than u want to look like the Incredible Hulk I
would stick to just safely working out and eating
well and let the hormones do their job. My Dad is
a doctor and he says Don't mess with hormones. :what:

Semi related fact, if you lose one testicle the other one compansates perfectly and produces the same amount of testosterone than if there were two of them.

I agree totally with this. He described it as well as anyone could. Thanks for your post Ska8er.

And if you only have one you can still make sperm so you could get a girl pregnant.
