I am a 14 year old male, and I weigh about 115-119 pounds (metabolism kind of screws with my weight) I am 5" 7.5". My inseam is 39 inches. I look really weird because shirts that I wore in the 4th grade still fit me but I grow out of a pair of pants every 6 months or so. I currently practice Taekwondo and exercise at least 3-5 times a week. The average ratio for inseam to body is about 45-48%, and I came out as 58%. I'm kind of scared that I'm going to grow into some daddy long legged humanoid, and I m just wondering if that's normal. Also, my shirt size is adult small, and my shoe size is 11. Just need some info on if my body will readjust during puberty.

Bruh theres no stopping what your gonna grow into, just stay fit and wait till then end of puberty before you jump to conclusions about what your gonna look like cus theres nothing you can realistically do about it

I wouldn't worry man. I think your growth spurt has made you grow in the legs. I would guess that the next one will grow your torso more. You are 14 so definitely in the earlier part of puberty.

What do u mean bout inseam-ur pants? If so that's a long
inseam-how tall r u? Anyway u have to live the way ur body
changes and get used to it-there is nothing u can do to reverse
what is going to happen-I'm sure once we all get through puberty
our body will readjust itself cause different parts don't change all
at the same time. I was 5ft 5in when I was 12 and started puberty.
I did not grow taller at that time but my feet and hands grew first
before my equipment grew. At 5ft 5in I had size 10 feet and falling
over myself-I felt like a freak-by the time I was 13 I shot up 4 inches.
So really it all comes down to a surprise of how we turn out. Don't
worry bout it cause there is nothing u can do to stop or change what
nature intended for u. :what::)

Yes, that's normal. You grow outside-in, so feet (and hands) first, then legs and arms, then trunk.
So, in your case your feet and legs have certainly grown but you need to wait for your body to catch yp.
