Well, the average adult male size is around 5.1"-5.5" (depending on the study), and considering you continue to grow into your twenties then you'd probably expect it to be a little below that if you were average. Like the person above said though, everybody's different :)

The average size of a 18yo would likely be the same as the average adult size - that is, somewhere in the 5-5.5 inches range.
