Dont know what to do

Okay, i have known this girl for around 4 years, we have had big fallouts and we always end up talking again. Not just every now and again, literally every day from when i get home from school till i get to bed. She knows i like her but I dont know if she feels the same. Also when we call we just get them awkward silences and then she ends the call. So im not really sure what to do!!

4 years and nothing developing doesn't sound like the beginnings of an epic romance Ben...

You say you'be fallen out a lot, that things get awkward (hanging up due to silence sounds really bad tbh). Maybe it just isn't meant to be?

I'd try to get involved with a different crowd, it's easy to get caught in the 'small pond' mentality of liking those in your social circles. Expand your horizons, join a gym, take up a hobby, join a youth group. Do something that puts you out there meeting new faces and making new friends.

If after that things are meant to be, you'll feel more confident and secure in asking her out. But if you keep falling out as friends maybe that isn't the best of ideas...

Yes 4 years and nothing has happned kinda bad, she has lead me on many times but i never told her in fear i will loose her.

I would say that you are just friends. It doesn't sound like you will ever get romantically involved to me.
