Don't worry about it, some guys have dicks that are big when soft (showers) and have to "grow" bit when hard.

I'm definitely a grower and could care less what I look like soft because anyone with half a brain knows that size when hard is what counts

Hey it what you do with it that is important. If you get pleasure from it all is good regardless of size. I am a shower, play sports and from an early age have had to put up with jokes about it. My locker room nick name was "bull", as in hung like (live in cattle country) it also poses a comfort problem with clothing at times

I get jeolous especially in swimming when we wear jammers. I see guys that are 4 to 5 soft. And I am no more than 2 inches
