I've never had even one person say anything negative about mine either at the naturist resorts. I see more and more girls and young women remaining natural this summer at the naturist resorts than ever before. Maybe it's the new in thing to have a bush. :yeah:

Dont do it! It is not a 'clean' nor 'hygeinic' as they claim. Actually the hair is there to keep out all the germs and stuff that can creep up in there until you can bathe.

I have talk to a pharmacy freind of mine about this very fact and he have said that ever since the shaving thing started that cases on vaginal irritations and infections have sky rocketed then since before the shaving, waxing, etc ever started. Basically he explained that there is far more cases NOW since the shaving started then ever has been back when nobody shaved it off and that he has recieve and given out lots of prescriptions regarding the irritations and infections that come from the shaving.

Hi you say that you leave some pubic hair for "obvious reasons" when you are "swimming a lot" But what do you mean by obvious reasons? As the girls that I know that are on swim teams at school etc say that being pubic hair free is best.

I think most of us develop our own preferences by looking at ourselves in the mirror, looking at other girls and women in locker rooms and stuff, and comparing ourselves to them. But only you can decide which is right for you at this point in your life.

I really like my bush too, but I've seen girls and women that look good without any pubic hair as well. It sounds like you are leaning toward remaining natural, and that's fine. But if you ever want to shave it all off, nothing is stopping you from experimenting to see if it suits you, as it will eventually grow back if you decide you didn't like how you look with no pubic hair.

At the begining I was like you but then when my breasts grew a bit and my whole body became more feminine I stopped feeling like I have to have bush in order to feel grown up. Now I think I look sexiest there with a landing strip but often keep it fully shaved depending on partner preference.

I was the same as you. When mine first grew I let it go until it was a wild bush lol (mine gets really thick/long when I don't trim). I ran into the same issue with swimsuits and admittedly there was a summer where I'm pretty sure my pubes stuck out from my swimsuit a bit. There's no need to shave, although I've tried it for something new but I typically go back to the bushy bush lol

Hiya Emmy, making it into a heart shape sounds like TO MUCH hard work, I have see quite a lot of Girls / Women with their pubes in a heart shape and trimmed quite short.

Waxing, threading, or using depilatories to remove unwanted hair is a common practice for estheticians. Oh Ya it can hurt to!!! :/ but it gets easier over time :)

I actually got a couple of friends to grow out there pubes and they really like it. I have blonde pubes so guys really like it. My bff is on the swim team and they have shaving parties to shave there pubes and legs.

We didn't always have clothes, showers and central heating. Warmth and a means of keeping dust and dirt out made hair fairly useful.
People in general stank like feral goats too. Poncy looking folk waving handkerchiefs about in Victorian or Tudor times create a false impression, they were actually soaked in perfume to try and block out the stench.

Firstly I am a smoothie. That's my personal choice. But I know plenty of girls who have shaved their pubic hair just because their boyfriend or girlfriend wanted them to shave theirs (some even when it started growing) I totally disagree with anyone been asked to shave their pubes and been put under pressure to shave she can be afraid of losing their boyfriend/girlfriend.

It's your body your choice.

I usually shave once a week. Armpit, leg and intimate area. It feels better for me to be hairless. My female family members also shave, for us it is natural.
