Testicular Pain :(

Right well to the chase...
Yesterday I was doing trick flicks off some steps outside the library on a BMX,
And yadda yadda yadda, I hit my nuts on the centerbar on the landing and needless to say it hurt like FCK. Anyway the pain pretty much went after like 10 minutes or so, but since then I have had this ache down there, only when I move - when I'm sitting or lying down it's all good, but when im walking or put a hand on the area I get it.
It's kind of a dull tender feeling, if that helps.
PS. Ive gotten ball trauma before but it never lasted anywhere near this long and it's starting to worry me. What should I do?

As the pain is lasting I would get on and seek medical advice -

I would go to the doctor just in case. You never know. You could wait 1 more day to see if it will go away, which it probably will, but your better safe than sorry.

But this reminds me of what happen two months ago a friend of mine says here catch this and not looking at me tosses a cell phone catching me in the left testical,and for a while I'd be doing good and then get a deep down ach in that same testical..I think he had bruised it,but yeh if it keeps up go to the doctor,

Probably your testicles are somewhat more developed then the last time you mashed them, so they are more sensitive. I think as long as your scrotum is not swollen, you are ok. But yeah, see a doc if it persists or gets worse.

i had an awefull pain once... it lasted like a month, month and a half... and it was gone then... but i guess it was stupid from me not to see a doctor... it could have been something bad

I'd see a doctor if its been a long time. Could just be a bruise somewhere but its better to be safe.

If the pain persists for a week or two I would consider going to the doctors, if it hasn't been that long you're fine and it's probably just bruised.

I'll add to this. If the pain is followed by a redenning of the scrotum and intense pain, go to the hospital immediately. When pain in the testicles continue then it can be a sign that the artery and veins to them are being chokes by twisted testes. Most men have it where the septum in their scrotum keeps the testicles from wrapping around each other, but when it happens you know because the pain is immense, the balls change to red and blue, and if not treated you could be rendered infertile and have a testicle removed. Testicular pain is quite serious sense the testicles are both gentle and vital to healthy reproduction an hormonal balance.
