All eyes are still on him.
Though the identity of those who attacked actor and rap legend Tupac Shakur 20 years ago on September 7 remain unknown, the story of what would be his remaining days is far more concrete and undeniably tragic. After suffering four bullet wounds during a drive-by in Las Vegas, Shakur would be brought to University Medical Center, where he would fight for his life for six days, ultimately succumbing to his injuries at the age of 25.
He would open his eyes only once, nodding affirmatively when his fiancee, Kidada Jones, asked him, “Do you know we all love you?”
I'm not much of a hip-hop fan, but the death of Tipac Shakur was very tragic. The world lost a very influential artist on September 7th, 1996.
