Super sensitive and throbbing erections but random

I'm pretty sure this is nothing new but lately I noticed that when I don't masturbate I tend to get horny more and that when I do the erections are very firm and well, throbbing. Even when I am not thinking of anything sexual this happens. I'd expect a throbber if I'm aroused from something, not from nothingness. Does this happen to anyone else? When I actually am able to see what's going on, my penis is full harder than usual, redder, thicker, and throbbing at the touch with hightened sensitivity. This normal? Mainly, I'm asking is the throbbing and redder head anything to worry about?

I've had that several times actually.it's gets longer, fatter, the tip gets redder and sometimes the rim on the tip will curl. It gets so stiff it will easily lift off my belly while I'm on my back and rise and fall with my heart beat.

Sometimes if does something similar to a hic-up, it recoils back and lunges forward.

It's nothing to worry about, it's just your body telling you to relieve some pressure in the form of masturbation.
