I have been like a week stop masturbate because I think about if I had sex with my future wife and she did not get pregnant. I am concern about it because of low sperm quality or low sperm count . I really concern about my future wife if she didnt get pregnant after we had sex because of my sperm

Don't worry about it. Guys are not like women that are born with a finite supply of eggs - guys balls make sperm continously.
If you stopped masturbating today the sperm you would have ejaculated would still be long dead by the time you have meet your wife and decide it is time to have a baby. The only consequence of choosing not to masturbate would be denying youself the pleasure of having an orgasm.
When you are are married and trying for baby the sperm that eventually does the job will have been made in approximately the two months prior to the sex that lead to the pregnancy.

Yeah dude dont worry about it... Guys continuously make sperm, from the time they hit puberty until the day that they die... And since we are always making sperm, we actually eventually run out of room to store it, and that is why we have wet dreams... So if you hold back from masturbating for too long, your body will still have to get rid of some of the sperm to make room for new sperm, so you will just eventually ejaculate while you are sleeping if nothing else... So trust me, if we only made a limited number of sperm, humans would have died off a long time ago because every boy probably would have used his supply up before he even lost his virginity. So yeah don't worry, jerk off whenever you feel you want too... It's supposed to be good for your prostate anyways, which will probably be better for baby making too!! :)

I think that you will be happy with your choice dude! Trust me, I have held off for awhile to try and see if I could get a real good orgasm or a hot wet dream, and when I start getting close to a week without, I start getting hard all of the time and horny and can't get my mind off of sex and jerking off, which then gets me moody and frustrated and irritated!

As everybody said, don't worry about it. It's not the way it works, your body will replenish sperm daily if you masturbate daily. Yes, waiting a while will give you more volume, but you won't run out if everything is working properly.

Actually it can help fertility rates by masturbating, since it makes sure new sperm is the ones being used, and the old lower quality-due to aging- is gone- . Basically flushing out the system. Though like said above, unless you get tested for low sperm quality/quantity assume you don't have any problems.

Your body is made to make more no matter what. Very few people can actually "run out" because your body is smart enough to always have enough.

You are only 14 and hey buddy even if you masturbate after you are married you will not affect your ability to have babies.

I don't think mentioning your age was any kind of criticisim - it wasn't intended to suggest a certain level of maturity. It was more someone saying "Why think about that now, it's ages away" and yes, for most guys it is probaly at least five years maybe even ten or more between starting to ejaculate and actually wanting to get someone pregnant. But you were right to ask - it's as well to be prepared for the future, but in this case you have nothing to worry about.

Yeah, like everyone said. Have fun :) I think I saw somewhere that you get the highest quality speed after three days of no ejaculation. Not sure if that's right or not though. Anyway. Just wait three days before having sex with your wife.
