Im a bit worried now
For the past 3 years or so, I've grown exactly 1.2 Inches. Ever since I was 10, over the course of 3 years, I haven't grown much. Just to let you know I've had 1 growth spurt when I was 4. (I keep a height chart...) I also haven't gained ANY muscle mass. I am active, eat normally (Not healthy but not slobby). Yet I'm the shortest person in my grade, also the skinniest. Now I'm not saying this is bothering me, because I really don't care what other ppl think of me but I'm just worried because my sister who is 4 years younger, is as tall as I am. I mean I'm 13 and I'm 152 Cm (4'9). This is actually pretty troubling for me. Does anybody understand?

Ya dude, I understand. I'm a bit taller than you, but it's only really happened since I turned 13. When I finished 7th, I was among the smallest in my grade. Not sure where I will stand tomorrow when school starts again as I've grown a few inches since June. Don't worry though, you'll grow soon enough.

I'm 13 and just grew a little, 5'2" inches now. Guess that's why they call em spurts, doesn't happen all at once.

How tall r ur parents? U can judge how tall u
r going to get by that. Ur 13 u have to wait.

Assuming your parents are taller then you will just have to wait longer for all that to happen. In the meantime just make sure you eat healthy and perhaps even more than before so long as it's healthy. Also make sure you exercise regularly. in any case you will have to wait, but you shouldn't worry, it will happen.

I understand very much. I am betting that you will take a big growth spurt this probably. How far are you in puberty otherwise? Have you had some penis and testicle growth or started your pubic hair growth yet? I will guess that all those things will most likely take a jump this year too.

You might have just started puberty a bit later than most guys, and that's ok because eventually you'll catch up to everyone else. Your sister might naturally be taller than you, and although it's unlikely she may have just started puberty since girls usually start before guys do.
