Without going to the doctor? Also, should my height be calculated with shoes or without them?

The best would be for someone else to help you measure your height.

Ugggh I don't like talking to my parents about this stuff, I feel like they'll go on a rant on "how you're at a perfect height. Besides, you're still growing." Lol. But I see your point.

Use a measuring tape, and without shoes. Unless you really want that extra inch to impress the ladies.

I mark off the top of my head against my doorframe, standing straight and without shoes, and then use a tape to measure from the floor up to the mark.
I haven't been measured in months >,<

That is exactly what I do too, although I haven't measured in months either because I haven't gotten any taller in over a year. Cool siggy by the way Pichu

I just get someone else to hold a measuring tape against the wall and then I stand up straight next to the wall and get the person helping me to put a ruler straight on top of my head. You should be measuring your height without your shoes.
