Penis gets darker during puberty

I heard that your penis was supposed to get darker than your skin tone when you hit puberty. I'm pretty far in and only the skin after the circumcision scar is darker. Could you say how dark your dick has gotten?

I truthfully haven't really noticed but thinking back I think mine did get darker around 14. Your circumcision scar will never get darker.

Mine has stayed the same skin tone and I'm starting to get some soft hairs at the base of my penis. I'm 13, uncut.

Yes Mine got a bit darker specialy the Part below the circumcision scar but then my Skin is Not compete white

I haven't noticed anything like that but, it could possibly just be the lighting in the room or something I guess it just depends on your skin tone
