I wear skirts/dresses frequently, today actually. I don't do anything different than if you were to wear underwear. Nobody will see anything unless I want them to.
In the very rare chance that a gust of wind blows or someone is looking up stairs and they catch a glimpse, I'm not at all shy or embarrassed. I probably made their day. I feel it's very empowering in many ways.
And all clothes are more comfortable without underwear to me. But generally speaking skirts/dresses and leggings/yoga pants are probably my favorites.

That makes sense, i guess it would be fun if a guy notices. i wear jeans a lot so idk if it would still be comfortable, but i bet its nice with yoga pants. only thing is what about periods and stuff? isnt it awkward dealing with that and no underwear?

Jeans are still very comfortable so long as they're soft material. I'm not sure why anyone would buy rough feeling jeans regardless of if they wear panties or not.
Periods aren't really as troublesome as some people think, at least for me. Since I'm on birth control, my periods are very regular and I'm never surprised by it. So I know ahead of time to wear dark pants (usually black jeans or yoga pants) and change my tampon regularly. I've never had a leak or anything and if I did, you wouldn't see anything with black pants. I couldn't imagine using pads, that just seems awkward to me.
