View Full Version : Sister walking in on me

First of all I'm 14, she's 13. She walks in on me about once a month, I know that's not much, but last time she walked in on me, she knocked on the door and before I can tell her not to come in, she opens the door, I tell her to fuck off and not to come in, she obviously knows what I was doing, instead of going away, she opens the door even wider and comes in, I keep telling her to get out, but she refuses and tells me the nonsense about what she came in my room for (ex: my charger) after she goes out so I can get my pants on, then she threatens to tell my mom unless I let her use my 200$ microphone (I don't really trust her with it), I didn't let her use it, then she made a fake text to my mom to try and make me believe that she actually texted her,(I found proof that it was fake).
I guess the question here is how can I avoid this situation in the future?
Thanks in advance :D

I'd probably suggest getting a lock on your door or tell your mom she walks in your room without permission, so that she might not be able to walk in before being told yes or no

Is there any consistency to what time of day she usually comes in if/when she does come in? If so, you can try avoiding doing anything during that general time period.
You can try doing it when you know she is busy with something (i.e. Schoolwork or television show), this will be a time when it is less likely she will walk in on you doing it. Or doing it at night after she has gone to sleep or doing it in the bathroom might be worth trying as well.
Ideally, the best option would be for your bedroom door to have a lock, but I'm guessing if your door did have one you would've used it already and wouldn't have needed to create this thread. You should consider trying to get a lock for your door or convincing your parents for one.

There might not be a lock on either of those doors. I don't.

First of all, this doesn't seem anything puberty related. This should fit better in family and friends. Up to the mods.
And you should lock your doors and if you dont have one convince your parents by saying that she walks in on you without your permission.

So it seems there's an element of blackmail about this. She is hoping to use your embarrassment and the threat of telling your mum to get what she wants. In any case of blackmail you have to brace yourself for the "secret" being revealed. As soon as the blackmailer find you are no longer worried about it they no longer have any hold over you.
So you mum may not have given much thought to you masturbating but I doubt she would be surprised. She be more surprised, and more likely to be angry, at your sister invading your privacy and trying to blackmail you.

Hermes is right here I'm sure your mother may have a notion that you masturbate. She should be more upset with your sister invading your privacy in this instance.
All the above posters have a lot of good ideas, but you have tended to get the idea that she has some idea of what you are doing. I would imagine she is curious to see you masturbating as I would bet that she is doing the same. Just tell your parents that she is just coming into your room too often and that you want her to respect your privacy.
