When I wear swim trunks, I don't wear underwear underneath. When sitting, my penis and balls are clearly visible. Also, the trunks are white, making my dark brown public hair stand out also. What do you do to stop this from happening?

Yes, as Jamie said get a darker pair o trunks with netting if you are concerned about this. A white/light suit will show your manhood especially when wet without netting or multi-layered.

Not much you can do but get new trunks with netting as suggested by everyone else. I mean, I don't see the big deal, just put your legs together when sitting down and trim your pubes.

Speedos is what we all wear. Lotta kids shave there pubes. I don't have any yet.

Well for visibility, the easiest solution would be to get a different colour, but as for actually seeing your penis and your balls you might have to get a different style of swimsuit if it's really a problem for you.

Mine have the liner in them so don't need underpants with them. Can't see anything anyway

Compression underwear underneath does the trick. It is not cotton -- cotton chaffs and stays wet a long time. compression underwear dry fast, so you won't be soaking wet.

There is even combo boardshort with compression shorts (not lined, but in a pair). Looks up Dry Dudz.

Yeah I never really understood wearing underwear under trunks, that's what the lining is for, and the freedom of no underwear in the water is one of the bed parts... So yeah definitely get a darker pair of trunks, try to get something with a pattern on it and your stuff will be less noticeable.

What kind of swim trunks don't have a lining? That's kind of the definition of swim trunks. Otherwise they are just shorts. But if you're worried about your junk and pubes showing, get a darker pair of trunks.

Well for me I kinda like the fact that you can see the outline of my balls and penis in swimwear. But if it bothers you just get baggier trunks and maybe a darker color

Just don't wear light colours. Darker patterns are the best. My boardshorts obviously don't have a liner and are not meant to be worn with underwear because it's much more comfortable. And nobody can see.
