Railfanning or dating

What should I do. Railfanning is train watching and documenting.
I cant do both can I and keep a Healthy relationship.

You can do that and maintain a relationship, maybe she will travel with you but I see how it would be harder. :) I would depends how much you enjoy railfanning and how much you want a relationship buddy :)

The best advice is to take trips together. I love the other side of the pond so being a train enthusiast (as we say in England) often involves our partners coming with us from time to time and being involved in the hobby. Just to say for some reason I've found that my hobby has been a positive in relationships as its a sign of some sort of commitment but it also adds something fresh.

I've been in the hobby for 10 years or so and its all I ever really know.
