Yes, I use it, though I do have a couple of pairs of underwear where the fly is a bit sloppy and my dick is given to making its way out of the fly even when I don't want it to. In cases like that I do think that the fly is more trouble than it is worth - if those underwear didn't have a fly pulling down the waist band when I need to would be much less trouble that having to keep putting my dick back in again.
