Breast self exam

Does everyone check their breasts every month like we're supposed to?
Has anyone shown you how to do it?
Have you had a doctor examine your breasts?
Have you ever found a lump or had reason to be concerned about something you've felt?

My doctor has examined me and explained how and why I should check myself. I've definitely checked a few times but don't do it as much as I'm supposed to. I know it's important so I should definitely get in the habit of it more regularly. This is really important so thank you for reminding us.

I was shown by my mum, I don't do it very often though. I was led to believe it's not too important at our age but I should probably still check. haha

I've never had a doctor do a breast exam on me. I don't do it myself as often as I should, I've never found anything to worry about when I do so that's good.

My older sisters showed me how to check, and yeah I check everytime after a shower when i look in the mirror.

I don't ever do my routine checks, but my dr does check them out every 6 months.
