Acne

Dose anyone else get acne on one side of there face because, one side of my face is smooth and button free and the other is just horrible, and what's the best way to get rid of the acne.

I had both sides. Wash thoroughly a few times a day. Try a zit med like Clearasil products.

I get occassional spots, but loads of my friends have lots of acne and they all the lotions and stuff

Use lotions... If that doesn't work, go to the doctor and get medication. I've been on tetralysal from 8 months now and it's been amazing for me :)

You need to see a dermatologist, maybe get a chemical peel. Don't be afraid to spend money on prescriptions, face washes, and acne removing cream! It works!
