I have a few questions. Know that I'm 15.
1: why is it that all my friends have grown and are so much taller than me? I'm "5'8" is that a normal hight for my age?
2: Why do I have very little armpit hair?
3: why hasn't my penis started to grow yet? Shouldn't it have started by now? Or am I just worrying over nothing and Ive just started late? When people take showers in the locker room I took a few peeks at their's and they were huge compared to mine. I'm only 3.2 inches when hard. Is that normal?

maybe they've been early bloomers and you're a late bloomer.
we all start puberty at different ages, some very early, some very late

Everyone starts to grow at different ages. I didn't start to grow armpit hair until I was your age and I didn't have my growth spurt until I was 15 or 16. Don't worry.

5'8 is tall for 15 trust me, im 16 but most my year are 15 and they are all that size trust me. You are probably just a slow grower. And puberty isnt in fixed stages it could be penis growth first then height then armpit hair or vice versa. Dont worry you have another 8-10 years to grow

You're lucky to have very little armpit hair cos you don't have to shave it yet if you don't like it there (like I don't) XD

I've had to shave my armpits since 14 I absolutely can't stand body hair and especially there. I was a very early bloomer I think and maybe you're just late :p like others have said

Some guys don't see any kind of real development until they are somewhere into 16.
Other guys start seeing major development at like 11 or 12 (and to some of them it sucks)
Puberty is not kind to most ppl in following a particular development chart.
But I think there are plenty of guys like you and me who are saying when am I going to start developing? who are not asking that question now that they are in their 20's.

The answer to all three is that you are most likely just a late bloomer, such as myself. We all develop differently, but we all grow up sometime so don't worry :)

I was quite early. For some thoughts
1) I grew early, and stopped at 5'5", as I don't come from a tall family. As I'm 17, my peers are now catching up and passing me! Your height is relative (literally) as it's based on genetics, so if your dad (and other male adults) in your family are over 6ft, you've still got time to grow . if your dad is 5ft, you're tall.
2) although different things happen in puberty in no real set order, armpit hair does tend to be one of the later things. Some guys in terms of armpit and chest hair are hairy, some aren't. Again, my grandfather (on mums side) was hairy. I am, and to be honest I hate it, so I don't think you're missing out.
3) I do sometimes feel this can partly be perception. Sometimes others do look bigger than when you look down. However, you still have time to grow. It should happen :-)

1. They may have started puberty before you did. 5'8" is just fine for 15 years old, though there is no "normal" height for a 15 year old. Everyone is different.
2. You may not be that far in puberty, possibly a late bloomer. I started puberty at 11 but didn't get any armpit hair until I was 15.
3. All I can say on this one is wait. Your time will come.

Everyone grows at different rates in different rates. Oh. and about the height thing; When I was 15, I was around 5' 8" I'm 5' 10" now.

You are probably just a late bloomer, I think I'm a bit early myself. I'm 14 and am 5'11" but I come from a very tall family (my dad and grandparents are 6'4") but don't worry you've got plenty of time.

1: 5'8 is completely normal. You probably will grow until like 18-21 years old.
2: Probably you haven't hit that stage yet. The hair stage starts right before the penis growing does.
3: And if all that I am saying comes true your penis might eventually be their size if not bigger once you become a full adult. I hope this helps.
