Exercise and stretching will do nothing to increase your height. It is all controlled by genetics. You are likely at or around your genetic height now, however, in some guys you can continue growing until age 25 (but that is not the average, it just happens in some people).

as said above you can't do anything to grow...either you do or don't. there are no exercises that will change that. but yeah you could still grow...

If you're mostly through puberty, you may grow a couple more inches but that's it. You most likely won't be very tall, it's in your genetics. Your parents' heights should be a good indication of yours. There is nothing you can do to make yourself taller if you're done growing. Plus, you don't have to be tall to still be desirable.

If you're done with all stages of puberty then I would say that you are done growing. But you're Seventeen so you might still grow a couple inches.

If you are done growing, there is nothing you can do to get taller, aside from stuffing your shoes or something lol. If youre still growing though, the way that you can reach your maximum height potential is by eating well, getting plenty of exercise and sleep, and drinking milk/other protein-y stuff.

Yeah its hard saying, I mean some guys grow through their 20s, I am only 5-10 but havent grown taller since like 15-16 so I dont think I am going to hit 6 ft tall. Dont know how true it is but they say average your mom and your dad's height, then ads 2 inches for a boy,or subtract. 2 for a girl and that is usually about how tall you can expect to be... It does come out pretty close for me my mom is 5-2 and dad is 6-0 so average is 5-7, then add 2 and you get 5-9, which is pretty close.

All the stretching and exercises in the world won't make you grow more. You could ask your doctor at your next physical about your growth plates and see if you are done or will still grow more.

I'm 5'7". You will probably grow an inch at least, but don't expect too much. It's okay fam we short, so we can't become models, but we can be scientists and writers. I noticed that a ton of musicians are short, we can do that. Bill gates isn't attractive but yet he can probably get any woman. It's not about the body you get but the accomplishments you achieve with it. Women are into personality and accomplishments as much as physical characteristics so we good fam.

There is surgery you can get done that some dwarfs get, that is where they put a brace on your knees and break your legs, slowly lengthening your leg with new bone which grows between over two years or something like that.

But that is really drastic and I doubt any doctor would do that for someone who is short, but within the normal range. I doubt they would even recommend it for someone below the normal range.

You just need to learn to be confident with who you are and your height. You don't need to be tall to get women or anything. I am only 5'7" and there are lots of girls shorter than me, some shorter by quite a few inches and I seem really tall to them, even though I am shorter than most guys.

There's nothing much you can do that'll affect your height, it's pretty much all genetics. Exercising and stretching will only affect your muscular form and weight.

Well you're 17, and considering guys keep growing until they're 25 you may get taller yet! You're not that short anyway tbh, I wouldn't worry about it

You shouldn't want to do anything to change that, nor are you able to. Your height is your height and you should become comfortable with it because everybody is different and that's all there is to it. Don't feel different just because you're 5'6"
