Penishead/glans very sensitive

Ok, im 14 years old and uncircumsised. My penishead/glans is really sensitive, whenever i touch it i flinch. Theres also something connected from my penishead to my foreskin, like a little piece of skin so i cant pull my foreskin long down before masturbating.... This has been a problem for me a long time..

I don't have a foreskin, but Im pretty sure that is normal. If I understand correctly, the skin that connects it to the head goes away as you progress through puberty. If it stays a problem though, you might have to look into getting circumsized.

Your glans is sensitive because you are not circumcised and the foreskin covers it to keep it moist and sensitive. You might try pulling your foreskin back and exposing your glans for periods of time. As you get older your glans with be less sensitive. The little piece of skin is called a frenulum. It is supposed to be there to connect your foreskin to your penis. If you have trouble retracting your foreskin you may need to gently stretch it.

It's normal for us uncircumcised guys to have a sensitive penis head, since it's covered most of the time. The piece of skin you are talking about is supposed to be there and it's purpose is actually to stop you from completely pulling down your foreskin so you have nothing to worry about :)

if you want to get the head to be less sensitive, you can keep the foreskin retracted in your underwear.

It is normal to have a sensitive dick head. Whether you're circumsized or uncircumsized.

That little piece of skin is normal, and I think stays with you forever. I have it too, and it's normal, mine is bit more flexible and stuff because I pull it down often.
The head and glans will be sensitive for a long time, unless you desensitize it, through cleaning it often in the shower and bath, or maybe even pulling your foreskin back and just put your boxers on. Just be a bit more careful because it could get stuck. That's what I did, and now I can usually touch it without flinching
