After 6 days of harsh protests, Leopoldo López, one of the Venezuelan opposition leaders has turned himself in, he was the one who took an offensive position and called for the protests initially, and the "president" in charge Nicolás Maduro accused him of 3 deaths that happened the 12th of February, to which he responded with his actions today.
