Brown spot at base of penis

I have a brown spot, a few millimeters in diameter, about a half inch above the base of my penis. It's on the right side of the front shaft. I've had it for a while, but never paid close enough attention to it to notice when I got it it. Does anyone know what this could mean?

It could be a birthmark,my friend has 1 on their leg with hairs coming out of it. Either way see a doc

Just normal spots, a lot of people have them down there, kind of looks like a scar or discoloration. Nothing to worry about unless it hurts or there's a lot of them.

We all have little weird things. It is probably a birthmark type thing. I would say as long as it doesn't hurt or grow in size I wouldn't worry about it.
