The lower part of my abdomen starts hurting if I bend backwards or apply pressure to it. The pain radiates in between my belly button and uh... that You know. This isn't P101, so I'm not getting all descriptive and shit... haha
Seriously though, what could this be? The only possible explanations I can think of are that I did 20 push-ups last night (the pain is the dull pain you get after you work out). I have also been under a lot of stress and anxiety lately.

You either didn't do the push-ups correctly or you didn't do stretching exercises afterwards. It's normal to feel that pain if you're not used to do push-ups (or sit-ups), but with practice, you'll tend to feel less pain after exercising.

Yea, putting extra work on something, you need to stretch before and after

If you are stressed and anxious you will feel more pain - also if you do not do regular exercise or push ups maybe your back muscles are not strong so your abs compensate.

pain is pretty normal after working out, and it gets stronger if you've been stressed and anxious, if its not gone after a few days you should go to a doctor
