Im 14 and my Penis hasnt grown for about 2 years and will my penis keeps growing or it has stopped.
Or maybe because im young ? My armpit starts to have hair but there's little ..
My stage of puberty is 4,3

Your penis will most probably still grow. I was 14 and thought that 5 inches was going to be my size forever. Then I went up to 5.5 (big shock) and then after a while I was at 6.5 which I am at this moment in time (15, turning 16 in a month or two)

You still sound pretty young and there's a good chance you'll keep growing at least a little bit into puberty. That being said it also depends on your size. If you're way below the average length for an adult then it's much more likely to keep growing than if you're already 6 inches hard.

Yes, I'm 19 and mine still grow. I don't know in what stage of puberty I am, but I think it's somewhere at final because I achieved it all apart from my voice ( it's still changing) and facial hair.
