My best friend is a girl. We are very, very good friends. We talk and say "i love you" every single day, and mean it. We are just friends, but we love to spend time together and hug and cuddle and kiss (not on the lips). We are perfectly comfortable with each other and it pisses us off when people think we are dating or we like each other because we are just friends. Can anyone relate to this? Do you guys think it's ok for a boy and girl to be best friends?

A lot of the time it is just hormones and an easy wind up. There is no reason why a boy and a girl can't be really good friends without there being any more to it than that. If you two are happy with where you are with where your friendship is at this point in your life, all I can say is stuff what anyone else thinks!

Most of my best friends are guys. But I am also friends with girls too mostly from my class at school. Just my opinion, though, but I find most girls are strange creatures...LOL!!

YES.
I have had a couple "girl friends" (the space there in between the two words is the friend zone) I think it is perfectly fine for a boy to be friends with girls. I love it tbh, I find it quite hard to get along with boys at times. And the girls always have some form of drama which I find hilarious.
Personally I'm not as close like cuddling or kissing, because we are just not like that unless we are drunk or upset.

there is nothing wrong with it. being said, most guys and girls who are just friends don't spend vast amount of time kissing and cuddling so try to understand why people would reach such conclusions

My best friend is a boy, but I understand how you mean when people always ask if youre dating or a couple -- its just annoying. I think its perfectly fine for a boy and a girl to be best friends, nonsexual partners in life. There are plenty of friendships like that in the adult world, so I dont see any problems. Everything doesnt have to be sexual between boys and girls.

Yes its find but the way you said you guys are acting when with eachother make it look like you are dating.

I can soooo relate to this!!! I'd say don't worry about it buddy!! Long as you both know it is nothing more then who cares?:)
