I have got a tight foreskin
So I was wondering if there is anything i can do to help

If you're able to retract it, then you should keep it retracted more often.
If not, you should try to pull it down once a day, and in this way it will loosen a bit.

You should try slowly stretching it. Don't hurt yourself take it slow. In the bath or shower is a good place to do the stretching. The warm water helps. Take it slow and easy and you should eventually be able to retract fine.

Is it tight when ur hard and tryin to pull back, or tigght when ur soft too? .
Usually its best to try stretching when ur hard so its easier to stretch it over the hard head. You can do it in the batb or shower where its warm and relaxed. You can pop Boner and slowly pull it back over the head to help stretch it snd loosen up.

Can you retract when soft? if so, it's not too bad. It's a case of pulling it back a bit at a time each day, not to the extent that it's painful. Usually doing it when wet (eg in shower) it helps. It will take time - weeks, months, though you should see some improvement over time. if it's really tight, consult your doctor, as he/she could prescribe steroid cream. Circumcision would be a last resort (unless you really want that).
