Dunno. I think that if you really need a reason for this beyond "I like it" you might be looking too much into it.

The reason is so that we can remove most of the hair and still use the hair to add texture. Improves the experience. And no, I've never shaved it that way. It seems pretty silly, really.

I don't do this but a friend of mine does.

She doesn't like the idea of shaving her lips, she's worried about cuts and razor burn.

I don't blame her, I had an ingrown hair in a delicate place and it was the worst.

I only shave it during summer (obviously) or if Im going swimming or if I know that I might have the opportunity to do "stuff" with someone, you know xd
