I deserve better?

Well... I'm in a sticky situation rn, cause I want to get back with my ex (the reason we broke up was because she is in these science competitions and was getting really stressed out) anyways when I asked her if she wanted to restart our relationship (btw she's the best student in terms of grades, in my class) she answered me that she couldn't answer my question but she said that she wasn't enough for me and tht I deserve better...
But now I'm consfused, is this low self esteem? Or what?

She might be trying to say that she wouldn't have the time to give you the attention you deserve (cause of her competitions and school etc).
