No Pubes??

Sooo, I'm 14, and I'm pretty far into puberty....for the most part.

I score a 4.1 on the growing up in the lord tanner stage calculator if I just don't fill in the pubic hair section, I have periods, boobs, etc. but I have no pubic hair. At all. Even my 12yo sister has hair down there.

WTH???

At this point it's just starting to worry me a bit.

People grow at different stages in their life. like guys some men grow beards in their teens some in their 20's. It's the same for girls you might not have any pubic hair yet but you will sooner or later. you are still young so don't worry about it.

I agree with the above, but at the same time most girls start shaving/waxing as soon as they get pubes so... If that is your preference I'd be happy about it xD. They'll come along in time!

Yeah our bodies are pretty weird sometimes. If you're really worried then go to your doctor and get a full checkup but its probably just hormones and your hair will grow soon. But like ClaraWho said, most girls shave when they get pubes anyway. All the girls I know shave and tbh id rather not have any lol. I don't have a lot either and that might change as I fully grow up too. Like I said, our bodies grow at different rates so don't worry :)

I wouldn't worry about it,as every one has said before me everyone is different and unique. No one person goes through puberty the same. We are all have different genes and grow in different times and ways, thats just being human. If it's any constellation to you i have no pubes either and bee stings for boobs.

I would say Lucky You! Enjoy it while it lasts! I hate everything about pubic hair and shaving it is a chore! (i got it at 11 and couldn't stand it!)

Everyone is different. I have a gf that didn't get pubic hair until she was almost 16. I didn't get my period until I was almost 16.

Don't worry me and you are the same age and I barley have any hair...mean while I know girls who are younger then me on my cheer team who have like full bushes lol.....I think it just depends on the girls. I really like not having hair, much less for me to have to do grooming wise.

Seriously, try not to stress about it - everyone is different! I was an early developer and was super hairy and budding when I was 8. I was a total freak amongst all my friends who all had bee sting boobs and were smooth as babies. On the other hand my little brother is nearly 14 and even though his bits are way bigger than they should be for a boy his size, he doesnt have one single pube! I would just say enjoy it while u can coz once they start its fun for a while but then u have to shave every other day then the dreaded arm, leg and asshole hairs make an appearance too! And thats not good my friend! :) Ax
