Is it normal for guys to have pains in their balls sometimes. Also, my penis looks…kinda twisted. Is that normal?

Occasional pain is normal, consistent pain in your testicles is not and needs to get checked out by your doctor. Also, yes it's normal for your penis to be "twisted" if you mean curved. As long as it's not painful and can still be functional during sex then yes it's fine. My cock curves down significantly and to the left so I understand how you feel.

Well I find sometimes my balls hurt, especially after masturbating often... If it's intolerable then maybe it's not normal. If by twisted you mean like curved a certain way, then yes it's normal. Most penises have curves.

Yep occasional pain is OK, and can be anything from generally walking too much (so their banging together), to minor hits or whatever. Constant pain is not, particularly if one is really sore. A minor curve is OK. so it really depends on what you mean by twisted.
