There are 1000s of different diet plans for people with different needs.Just because a diet works for fun doesn't mean it will work for you. Could you supply more details, are you overweight and want to lose fat? Underweight and want to put on weight or do you want to build muscle.

There is no perfect body. Love yourself for who you are <3

Mimikyu is right. Plus, there is no perfect body, everybody is different. So you really can not achieve perfection, because we are not perfect. So what ever you do, make a realistic goal for yourself. Some bodies simply are not designed to be the way we want them to be. But if you have a goal, it will be easier for people like us to offer suggestions.

I think that just eating a well balanced diet that includes vegetables and fruit and don't overeat and you should be alright. If you need to really diet to loose weight I would check with your doctor for advice.

Everybody metabolizes food differently, so there isn't really a universal plan here.

If you want to just lose weight, I suggest you do a diet focused mainly on vegetables and fruits. Don't go hog-wild on the fruits though, and having some meat is beneficial. I would also suggest only drinking water, I personally gain most of my unneeded calories through drinking, but your situation might be different.

If you want to gain muscle, I suggest focusing on meats and fruits. Meats give protein that is essential for muscle development, and fruits provide energy and vitamins. I would try to avoid stuff made for body building like muscle milk and even sports drinks if at all possible. They are really just sugar; fruits and some regular vitamins should suffice.

As far as I know, there is no food that can make u grow taller. So just eat a variety I guess, that way you won't be deficient in anything. Milk is good lol.

As already said it's hard to suggest a diet plan cuz it's different for anyone. You said perfect body...what does the perfect body look like for you...how far from this are you at the moment...are you too fat, too thin, do you lack muscle?

If you give some more information I'm sure there'll be better tips for diet plans and working out.

kill the carbs and high calorie foods. are you skinny or overweight? typically, I'd avoid any breads, candies, sweets, snacks (chips). White meat, fish or any protein is generally good to consume. Red meat should be eaten in moderation though. Stay away from any processed or canned meats like Spam or even hot dogs. hot dogs have trans fat so don't bother. Protein supplements like shakes are good but make sure its Organic. Also, don't eat high sodium foods because your body doesn't need it and it will keep you bloated. Veggies are always good with meals. Steamed vegetables are a great alternative to raw because it tastes better and still keeps the nutrients. Snack on some baby carrots and fruits instead of like cookies or chips. Don't drink your calories so this means you should only drink water. it's not vital but water is much better for you since sodas and fruit juices have so much sugar. if you were really into this change, I wouldn't even drink cow milk and would completely move to almond milk (its so much better for you).
i could go on and on but when dieting you should always have a sufficient amount of:
Protein, Fiber, Vitamins A,B,C,D..., iron and calcium
On top of it all, exercise is the most important factor in getting "your" perfect body.
BTW its fine to have cheat days, no one wants to be miserable and ik i am easily temepted by pizza but when you do eat crappy, exercise to burn it! :)

There's no way to get a "prefect" body, just try and do what you can and make sure you look the way you would like to look

What others said. Plus google is your friend. But fruits and vegetables and protein (lean meat or otherwise) are best. I think carbs get too bad a rap for people trying to lose weight ... for people trying to lose weight, just up your cardio, reduce your portion sizes, lose all sugary and fattening foods like dessert and soda ... but if you are looking for a lean, 6pack body then ya take as much carbs out as possible.

Count your calories and macronutrients, make sure you consume the right amount of macros and eat fewer calories than you burn every day. Do body weight exercises and be active.

Yeah i agree here. with diets you should always check with your doctor becuase a lot of diets dont contain the necessary nutrition and can actually be harmful. Also diets might initially help lose some weight but will either plateau or once you are off them the weight will come back. typically the best thing to do as a young person is to make sure you eat balanced and dont overeat and participate in physical activity.

Oh yeah. The best diet I can think of is one with NO SUGAR and NO CARBS. So no foods with added sugars and no carbs at all. No corn, potatoes, wheat, or starches. This diet is really hard to follow because sugar withdrawal is similar to cocaine withdrawl. Basically, to transition to this diet just eat as much food as you want as long as its not sugar or carbs you will not gain weight (at least during the 3 week transition period). It can actually become difficult to find enough calories to fill yourself. Just eat a ton of protein, as that is the most caloric rich food and usually satisfies any cravings of sugar or carbs I get. I am currently not on this diet, mainly because my mom wont buy the high amounts of protein, fruits, and vegetablrs required for this diet. You will eat a ton of protein on this diet. But this diet is so great, you legit never need to brush your teeth. After I eat carbs or sugar I always get this gritty dirty feeling on my teeth and they even begin to ache a little. But on this diet the bacteria in your mouth do not have any simple sugars to feed off of, so your mouth is always pretty clean. And the roughness of vegetables, such as carrots, acts as a natural toothbrush. You should still brush your teeth, but in theory you are protected from tooth decay with this diet. Ancient peoples would never brush their teeth, but had some of the best teeth ever, this was because of this no sugar or carb diet. Look at the past queens of england they had black teeth because they ate so much sugar. This diet is the best one out there, the only problem is that it is really hard to follow since the cravings from sugar and carbs are so strong. I advise you to try it at least. :)

Oh yeah and a good way to eat with the 0 sugar and 0 carb diet is to make massive fruit smoothies. I make them with frozen fruits, yogurt, and milk. It's delicious and efficient to eat.

What I've been doing for the past week or so due to the instruction of my marine drill sear gent is I'm eating a ton of protein and very little carbs or fat. My die has now become meat, veggies, and fruit. With like eggs in the morning. But I'm also working out every day maybe twice. Everyday I'm working a different muscl type as well as sometimes running, biking , or hiking. Hopefully something like that will help

kevinity is definitely right. I already follow most of what he said, and am a vegetarian. Well "Flexitarian". I eat mainly vegetarian meals but have some meat every once in a while. Almond milk is the best for you too. I personally drink the vanilla almond milk, and use plain almond milk for cooking. Following a mostly vegetarian diet will definitely help you lose some weight and is also healthier in general.

The idea of the perfect body is different for everyone. The best way to be more in fit is to stay active with cardio and do weight training. The more muscle a person has the more calories they burn when not doing anything although that is not much. Focus on eating a healthy diet so you meet your bodys nutrient needs and if you are trying to lose weight, burn more calories than you put in your body. It is not healthy to lose more than 2-3 lbs a week.
