Does anyone have fordyce spots on the genitals. I do and I want to know how to get rid of them.

I have a few - I think there are some treatments can you ask a doc - you might need a prescription

I just cum in my sock so that there is no cleanup.

Fordyce spots are usually considered more an anatomical variation rather than a medical condition, and because of this most Doctor's wont prescribe a treatment for them. There are methods of removing them that can be discussed tho, but they are usually somewhat expensive cosmetic procedures and you have to consider the possibility of scaring.
